He holds a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) certification through the National Association of Homebuilders. Josh is on the Board of Directors of the Mercer County Builders Association.
Josh is a native of Sharpsville, where he currently lives with his wife and son and twin daughters.
